The Federation has already sent the Event Information Email to participants.

Each participant MUST bring along the Event Information Email (in soft or hard copy) to collect the Event materials pack including No. bib and event T-shirt at the following dates, time and venue:

Date: 15 June 2019 (Sat) 

Time: 10:00-20:00

Venue: Meeting Room, 1/F, Olympic House, 1 Stadium Path, So Kon Po, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong

OR

Date: 17-21 June 2019 (Mon to Fri)

Time: 10:00-19:15

Venue: Meeting Room No. 6-7, 1/F, Olympic House, 1 Stadium Path, So Kon Po, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong

If you are not available to collect the Event materials pack in person, please authorize a person to collect on behalf of you. The authorized person should bring along the original signed letter of authorization with Event Information Email in hard copy upon collection, soft copy of the letter or Event Information Email will not be accepted.

Please note that number bib and event tee will not be distributed on event day. Participants who cannot present the number bib on the event day will not be allowed to participate in the 2019 Olympic Day.
